Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the W.A.G.E. Society platform ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Description of Service

W.A.G.E. Society is a creator platform where members can create profiles, publish content, go live, sell memberships, and buy/sell merch — all without platform middlemen taking a cut. The platform is provided as-is.

3. Membership Tiers & Pricing

We offer five membership tiers. Pricing and features are listed at /memberships. All paid tiers are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorize charges at the rate displayed at the time of signup or upgrade. Pricing may change for new signups — existing subscribers keep their locked-in rate.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post spam, automated bulk content, or repetitive promotional material
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users or creators
• Post illegal content or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or platform infrastructure
• Use the platform for anything illegal under applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership

Content you create — blog posts, livestream descriptions, merch listings, profile info — belongs to you. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with operating the platform. Platform branding, design system, and non-user content are owned by W.A.G.E. Society.

6. Billing & Payments

Membership fees are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by applicable law. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via Settings → Membership — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile, personal data, and stored content within 30 days. Paid membership billing stops upon deletion. Some anonymized, aggregate data may be retained for platform statistics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, W.A.G.E. Society is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
